Exchange and return policy
Leoth Store management is keen on the safety of its customers, therefore:
- Hair products cannot be exchanged or returned after they are received by the customer, as they are for personal use.
- There is no modification to the order after it is completed.
- Lions Store has the right to cancel any customer’s order in the event of a defect in the site or due to an error in the mentioned price or the product’s stock running out and return the amount to the customer in his bank account or on his card. The customer does not have the right to demand the provision of the product.

- Tabby and Tamara fees will be deducted when you wish to cancel the order before it is shipped. Please note that these fees are imposed by Tabby/Tamara and are non-refundable.
- When shipping and not wanting to receive the product, the shipping fee will be deducted in addition to the return fee to the store
