- The store is not responsible for the customer’s mistake in writing the mobile number when ordering or any incomplete address.
Note that the shipping company communicates in two ways (WhatsApp or call), and the customer must contact the shipping company as soon as possible so that it is not delivered to someone else or returned to the store, and the store is not responsible for the customer’s failure to respond to the shipping company in any way.
