Other cities in the Kingdom: 2-6 working days

Weekends are not included

  • The store is not responsible for the customer's error in writing the mobile number when ordering or any missing address.

Please note that the shipping company communicates via two methods (WhatsApp or phone call). The customer must contact the shipping company as soon as possible to prevent the item from being delivered to someone else or returned to the store. The store is not responsible in any way if the customer fails to respond to the shipping company.


  • If the shipment has been sent and the customer does not receive it, the shipping fees are non-refundable in addition to the return shipping fees imposed by the shipping company.

- Fees include orders that have a free shipping offer.


  • Shipping companies do not support door-to-door delivery in small governorates and regions; orders are shipped to the nearest branch to the customer's address for pickup.


•In case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Once it is confirmed that the defect is manufacturing-related, the product is replaced with a product similar in specifications.

The replacement process may take from one to eight weeks, and this timeframe includes shipping the product to and from the factory for inspection and replacement.


  • The order cannot be modified after it has been completed.


- You should contact the shipping companies directly before contacting the store to follow up on the status of your shipments.


  • Holidays, weekends, and official holidays must be taken into account during the shipping process as they are not counted within the number of shipping days.
