Russian extension guarantee

Russian extensions are subject to a one-year warranty, and the warranty does not cover misuse.

In the event of any problem with the Russian extension, the product is examined and the cause of the problem is verified, after which the customer is compensated with a similar product.

Once it is confirmed that the condition is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the product is replaced for the customer.

The replacement process takes between one week and eight working weeks.
