Exchange and Return Policy

The management of Lyoth Store prioritizes the safety of its customers; therefore:

• Hair product exchange or return is not accepted after it has been received by the customer as it is a personal use product.

• The order cannot be modified after it has been completed.

• Lyoth Store has the right to cancel any customer's order in the event of a malfunction on the website, an error in the stated price, or the product running out of stock, and to refund the amount to the customer to his bank account or card. The customer has no right to demand that the product be provided.

• All orders are checked before being shipped.

• If you encounter any problem, please contact customer service on 966534740337 .

• Tabby and Tamara fees will be deducted if you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped. Please note that these fees are charged by Tabby/Tamara and are non-refundable.

• If the product has been shipped and you do not wish to receive it, the shipping fees will be deducted in addition to the store's return shipping fees.
